Four Payment Options Available:

  1. Credit Card

    • Early Bird: No Credit Card Fees

    • After Early Bird: Additional 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee

    • Payment Procedure:

      • No fees for credit card transactions before early bird.

      • Card information will be stored for balance charges on March 14th & May 14th

    • Receipt provided upon payment

Deposit: A $400 non-refundable deposit per child applied towards the remaining balance; payable via any of the above options.

Important Notes:

  • Required Forms: Camper Emergency, Medical & Immunization forms due by May 11th.

    • All children must have up-to-date physical exams and immunization forms by a physician.

    • Physician can fax to 845-205-6005 or email MBMonsey@gmail.com

    • Allergies must be indicated on the medical form.

  • No Refunds for Absences: Camp refunds due to a child's absence are not applicable.

  • Admission Requirement: No child admitted without received head checks or credit card information.

  • Strict Compliance: New York State Health Department guidelines strictly enforced.

    • No Exceptions: Admittance contingent upon compliance with specified requirements.

  • Parent/Guardian Signatures: Mandatory on all medical and camper information forms.

    • Review forms thoroughly, ensure all applicable areas are signed and dated.

Admittance Policy:

  • No Camper Admitted Without Forms: New York State Health Department's strict guidelines require prior receipt of all mentioned forms for camp admittance.
